It is my pleasure to announce the new officers of the Indiana State Racquetball Association (INSRA). Effective immediately Becki Bowman has been named as the President and will hold this seat for the next two years when she will be up for re-election. Becki is a perfect fit for this position and has been involved in Racquetball for most of her life. She represents the state by traveling to US national events and participating in tournaments in Indiana and surrounding states. Becki has a passion for the sport and will bring that energy to everything she does. Becki has been a board member for many years, recently holding the Vice President position and is a driving force in the state run events. Please join me in congratulating Becki and showing your support!
Replacing the position previously held by Becki, the Board has voted Adam Taylor as the Vice President. Adam has been involved in racquetball for as long as he can remember. Adam has been a board member for several years and is also very active in events both near and far. This is a two year appointment as well. Please send your congratulations to Adam!
Jana Noble will remain as the Secretary a position she has held for over 5 years. Jana has been playing in events around the country and is a strong advocate for women players, working hard to get more and more women involved. Thanks for all you do, Jana!
I will remain on the board assuming the treasurer position. It has been my pleasure being your President these past years. Work schedules and life have a way of getting in the way, so with that in mind, I needed to step down and allow Becki to provide you with the time and energy that the players from Indiana deserve. I want to thank everyone one for their support, especially to all the board members that have worked with me. This is a completely volunteer position and each has given their time, money, and support to a sport that they love. Thank you all and I look forward to seeing you all on the courts!
The Indiana State Racquetball Association is a volunteer organization we need more help and support. If you are able to help, please reach out to Becki.
